Come on, folks – after we saw the HTC S740 being sold at a Vienniese Metro store, HTC’s intentions should have become painfully clear to everybody…this device should be sold all over the world.
A variety of web sites including the usually-reliable folks at BrightHand’s claim that the US release of the S740 is imminent – the device has been rebranded to S743 for one reason or the other. The box is said to drop at the beginning of the year for an unspecified price, and will be sold OTC (aka no carrier partners to be found).
As HTC themselves have not commented the matter as of now, take it all with a grain of salt though…
