We have seen hoaxes that claim to add touchscreen functionality to Windows Mobile Smartphones: however, they always came from immature analysts so far. This has now changed - look at the following image from the promotional brochure of the Austrian carrier A1:

When looking at the Samsung i640s screen, we can clearly see the UI of PocketPC 2002 or 2003:
